Dig it
Even though this storm set a "record":http://www.boston.com/news/daily/18/mass_snow.htm for Boston, it didn't seem all that hard to deal with -- maybe because it stopped snowing by Tuesday morning.
It was a lot to shovel, but it was light and powdery. The main problem now is where to put the damn stuff.
For next winter, either I'm getting the old snowthrower fixed or getting a "new one":http://www.ariens.com/products/sno/924116/ .

I'm also thinking that 25 years ago, front wheel drive wasn't really all that prevalent, let alone 4WD.
Now it's everywhere.
