Your post raises a question which can now be asked.  What alternate tree
structure did we want to hang the OS/2 stuff on?  I see above that you
have it as /hotjava.src/build/os2emx.  Is this what we want to go with?  It
doesn't really matter to me, but I like simply /hotjava.src/build/os2 better --
no need to put "emx" in there, as we'll be using all sorts of tools for this.
And I would like to suggest the obvious ... simply an os2 directory in
/hotjava.src/src as well.  Yielding the following tree(s):

/hotjava.src/build/solaris
/hotjava.src/build/os2
/hotjava.src/src/share
/hotjava.src/src/solaris
/hotjava.src/src/os2
