DCE 2.1 for OS/2...use it for Java port?

Hi all,

This is my first message to this list, so I don't 
exactly know how far you have got.
IBM is entering into beta it's DCE package for OS/2
Warp.  I sent mail to dcereq@vnet.ibm.com, and got
an application form.  I also asked if this DCE
package includes C libraries and header files for
POSIX pthreads, and they said yes.

I don't exactly know what the Solaris code
uses for multithreading, but there
is some information about this on
http://www.sun.com/sunsoft/Developer-products/sig/threads

Both of these packages may come in handy for such
a port.
