what - exactly - is in DCE?
[forgive my ignorance of os/2speak - its a while since i worked on os/2
(about 3 years infact)]

what is so special about DCE in relation to threads that isn't avail via
normal os/2 threads...?

if it is special, maybe we need a public equivalent...?
