The OSF 'owns' DCE.  Check out http://www.osf.org.  IBM is responsible
for the OS/2 Warp implementation.  The beta looks like it is
free, if you get accepted.  I have applied for the beta and haven't got back any
information yet.

Dunno.  It probably isn't that easy, but I'm not sure.

Heh.  Good idea.  It is non-trivial source.
BTW, what do you do at Apple?  I'd never figure an Apple person
to be an OS/2 programmer type.  Do you do any OpenDoc stuff?
